These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", or "you") and rafi69 (the "Platform", "Service", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the rafi69 website at https://rafi69.cam and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating or accessing an account. Continued use of rafi69 following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Member on the Platform, accessible via unique login credentials.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Member on a game, match, event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive granted by rafi69 to Members, subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" means the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, in which all deposits, withdrawals, and account balances are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by rafi69 to confirm Member identity and comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform and has been verified by rafi69.
• "Platform" means the rafi69 website, mobile applications, and all associated services and features.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Member to transfer funds from their Account balance to an external bank account or e-wallet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with any part of the rafi69 Platform, you expressly agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

rafi69 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document to reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

To register and use rafi69, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. rafi69 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under 21. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal disability or incapacity that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
3. Geographic Restrictions: The Platform is intended primarily for residents of Indonesia. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
4. Account Restrictions: You may hold only one Account on rafi69. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's identity, or attempting to circumvent account limitations is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features and services on rafi69, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Date of birth (to verify you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Residential address in Indonesia
• Username and secure password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, and you are fully liable for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify rafi69 immediately via email at [email protected] or through live chat support.

rafi69 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, duplicate accounts, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

rafi69 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. Supported deposit methods include bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other major Indonesian banks, as well as e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

All deposit transactions are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at rafi69's sole discretion. You must deposit funds only from an account or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from credit cards, debit cards, or payment accounts not belonging to you will be rejected, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified via KYC (identity document, proof of address, and payment method verification).
• All pending bets must be settled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements must be forfeited before withdrawal, unless the bonus terms specifically allow withdrawal during active wagering.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by rafi69 for security or legal compliance reasons.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.

rafi69 commits to processing withdrawal requests for verified accounts within 2 hours during business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, 7 days per week). First-time withdrawals or withdrawals flagged for additional security review may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts typically arrive within 5–15 minutes during banking hours; withdrawals outside banking hours will be credited on the next business day.

rafi69 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees or currency conversion fees on their end. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

rafi69 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives ("Promotions") to Members from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Eligibility: Promotions may be restricted to new Members, existing Members, VIP tier Members, or Members who meet specific activity or deposit thresholds.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically require a specified amount of wagering (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots usually contribute 100%, live casino 10%, sports betting depends on odds (typically minimum 1.50 or higher).
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period (e.g., 30 days). Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiration results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: rafi69 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other Members, or any other activity deemed abusive.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before opting into any Promotion. If there is any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific Promotion terms will govern.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on rafi69 are governed by the rules and terms of the respective games, sports markets, or casino products. General betting rules include:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding once you receive a confirmation message or bet slip reference number. rafi69 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed in error, bets affected by technical glitches, or bets placed by Members who breach these Terms.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the event or game as determined by rafi69. In the case of sports betting, rafi69 uses official league statistics and authoritative third-party data providers. Disputes regarding results must be raised within 30 days of bet settlement.
• Palpable Errors: If rafi69 identifies an obvious error in odds, bet limits, or game results (a "palpable error"), we reserve the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bets have been settled.
• In-Play / Live Betting: For live in-play betting, there may be a short delay between the real-time event and the betting interface. rafi69 is not liable for bets placed during this delay, and we reserve the right to void bets if we determine they were placed after an outcome-determining event had already occurred.

8. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

When using rafi69, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
2. Fraud or Impersonation: Using false identity information, stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate games, odds, or outcomes.
4. Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies in odds between different platforms or markets to guarantee profit.
5. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or low-risk hedging strategies.
6. Use of Bots or Automated Tools: Employing software, scripts, bots, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform.
7. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds or engage in any financial crime.
8. Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to breach Platform security, reverse-engineer systems, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
9. Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, forfeiture of all account balances (including deposits and winnings), and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities if illegal activity is suspected.

9. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rafi69 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers (collectively, the "rafi69 Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or bonuses due to technical errors, system downtime, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Errors or delays in game results, odds, or settlement caused by third-party data providers or force majeure events.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. rafi69 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the rafi69 Parties exceed the amount of funds you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is lower.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

rafi69 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any other policy of rafi69.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provide requested documentation.
• Extended period of inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or closure).
• Self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled, and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, minus any bonuses, fees, or amounts owed to rafi69. If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, rafi69 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your Account, including deposits and winnings.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any pending bets will be settled, and your remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal according to our standard withdrawal procedures.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting rafi69 customer support at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving your complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you retain the right to pursue formal legal remedies.
